Busser & Service Support

Busser Job Summary:

It is everyone’s job at Westwood to serve our members and their guests including clearing dishes, setting tables, and refilling drinks. This position will work primarily dinner shifts and some lunch shifts on weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

Possess knowledge of table numbers, position, and seat numbers in relevant dining outletsPrepare busser stations before service and restock as neededGreet guests and serve water quickly after they are seatedBus and pre-bus tables, especially before each new courseBus, set, and reset tables quickly following guest departureDeliver dirty dishes to the dish pit in the kitchen, and throw away any trashAssist other staff as neededUnderstand the Westwood standards and work towards serving the member experienceFull-Time Benefits:

Demonstrates good energy and motivationAbility to demonstrate professionalism, cleanliness and neatnessCan remain standing for several hours straight and can carry about 35 pounds easilyRegular and reliable attendance, available during the day as well as evenings, weekdays, weekends, and some holidaysRegular schedule with 35+ hours of working availability each weekFood & beverage experience (preferred)High school graduate or equivalent (Preferred) Salary Description $15/hr
