Dining Service & Training Manager

Bonita Bay Club in Bonita Springs, Florida, is seeking a Dining Service & Training Manager to join a member-owned club recognized with Distinguished Club and Platinum Club status and celebrated as one of America's Healthiest Clubs.

This hybrid role develops and oversees onboarding and ongoing training across F&B while providing rotational floor management coverage in season, using scheduled shifts to coach in the moment and confirm that training carries through to performance.
