Salary Range: $60,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. The Sous Chef will work closely with the Executive Chef and Chef de cuisine to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation, and lead by example in fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
Responsibilities:
Assist in all aspects of kitchen management, including menu development, food preparation, and production.
Supervise and train culinary team members to uphold the club’s standards of excellence.
Maintain consistency and quality across all dining outlets and events.
Contribute to seasonal menu planning and creative specials.
Ensure proper food safety, sanitation, and cost control practices.
Support inventory, ordering, and vendor relations as directed by the Executive Chef.
Help maintain a collaborative, professional environment built on respect and accountability.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of progressive kitchen leadership experience, preferably in a private club, hotel, or fine dining environment.
Strong culinary and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team.
ServSafe certification or equivalent preferred.
A passion for excellence and hospitality-driven mindset.
