The DuPont Country Club is currently looking for a full-time Member Services Manager to join our team in support of Sales operations. This individual’s main responsibilities will be to facilitate the prospecting, sales, and onboarding of a new member at the Club. This position will help to resolve member complaints and issues, while providing the appropriate follow-up and communication. This position will also support the Sales and Membership team with other social and corporate events as needed.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Processes all membership paperwork related to activations, upgrades, downgrades, medical leave of absences and resignations
• Maintains the incoming new member files and ensures the accurate completion of designated documentation.
• Accountable for ongoing maintenance of all membership files, accurately recording pertinent activity and paperwork.
• Ensures that member files are stored in a secure location.
• Facilitates all new membership tours
• Consistently interacting with members, prospects and management with a positive attitude and focus on a culture of hospitality, leadership and mutual respect.
• Responsible for handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Reply to email, telephone or face to face inquiries regarding membership information
• Ability to work flexible hours, which can include evening, weekend and holidays
The successful candidate will have:
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
