Description: Position Summary Bull’s Bridge Golf Club is seeking an experienced Locker Room Attendent for our brand new lockeroom Facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an exceptional member and guest experience,and ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout the season. The Club operates seasonally with a busy summer schedule and a lighter shoulder season, requiring flexibility and adaptability. What are we looking for? • A friendly, professional attitude with excellent communication skills. • A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to cleanliness. • The ability to work independently. • Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility — including weekends and holidays. Requirements: Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily locker room needs • Shine and maintein dress shoes and cleats. • Maintain high service standards and a warm, welcoming environment for members and guests. • Collaborate with the Clubhouse Manager about members needs. • Ensure cleanliness, health, an d safety standards are consistently upheld. • Address member feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally. • Implement strategies to improve member satisfaction. Qualifications • 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, private club experience strongly preferred. • Strong organizational, and communication skills. • Genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
