We are seeking an experienced Golf Operations Manager to support golf operations at Flatbush Golf Club. Salary: $45K to $50K Annually Job Description: Plans, promotes and directs all golf activities in effort to positively impact the guest experience while driving reach, rounds, and revenue. Ensures every dollar spent, or saved, is done with a purpose, with a reason, and with a motivation to make a positive business impact. Duties & Responsibilities: Implements company\'s Golf Tee Sheet Approach including inventory, pricing and rate channel analysis.Actively Grows email, social media and text contact databases.Targets new customers and groups for roundsDevelops new player business strategiesHires and trains all quality staff which may pertain to certain departments or all depending on the size of the operationImplements company\'s strategic reportingFocuses on delivering a high-quality consistent member, customer and/or guest experienceOrders, tracks, receives, and counts inventoryResponsible for presentation and overall processes surrounding the cart fleet, practice facility, Pro Shop, and Pro Shop/Golf Operations staffCan handle and direct tournaments & outingsDelivers a full-scale sales & marketing plan that includes but is not limited to:Market EvaluationsTee Sheet ManagementUsing active databases to extend reach profileImplements necessary key GLG initiativesHandles all social media platforms, websites and email communicationAble to develop and produce high quality marketing piecesHandles all responsibilities of membership including tracking, sales, retention and collection.Responsible for overall Financial PerformanceResponsible for development and implementation of budgetsPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee of this job.
