<p><b><strong>Organization: </strong></b>The Tennessee Section PGA was founded in 1968 for the purpose of promoting the enjoyment and involvement in the game of golf and contributing to its growth by providing services to golf professionals and the golf industry within the Section boundaries. The Tennessee Section is one of 41 Sections that make up the PGA of America. Our membership, of over 650 men and women professionals, serves golfers in our five PGA Chapters at over 170 golf courses, clubs, practice facilities and other golf related entities throughout Tennessee. </p><p><b><strong>Position: </strong></b>Field Representative</p><p><b><strong>Reports To: Kyle Bachman, Assistant Executive Director</strong></b></p><p><b><strong>Position Summary: </strong></b>This individual will serve their respective chapter members and help carry out the mission of the TNPGA by growing the game and serving our members through a variety of avenues including; managing chapter tournaments and assisting with the chapter pro-am series, managing chapter committee meetings, planning and executing chapter meetings, educational opportunities and networking events, selling sponsorships and maintaining those relationships, fundraising for local programming, and assisting the Chapter Officers with governance tasks. </p><p><b><strong>This individual reports directly to the TNPGA Assistant Executive Director, but will be based remotely in the Chattanooga or Knoxville metro areas. </strong></b></p>
