Groundskeeper - Groesbeck Golf Course

About the position

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, playability, and safety of the golf course and surrounding grounds. This role supports daily golf operations by ensuring turf, landscaping, and course features are maintained to high standards that enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and practice areasAssist with mowing, aeration, fertilization, and irrigationRake and maintain bunkersTrim landscaping and natural areasOperate and maintain grounds equipment safelyIdentify and report maintenance or safety issuesAssist with course setup and tournament preparationFollow all safety and environmental guidelinesRequirements

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAttention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn equipment and turf care practicesStanding, walking, bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating equipment for extended periods.Nice-to-haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferredGroundskeeper or landscaping experience preferred but not requiredBenefits
