JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description Waialae Country Club is a private membership club, which provides its members with a championship golf course, dining services, health/recreational facilities and hosts the PGA Tour's Sony Open in Hawaii. Application Link: Bartender Position: Bartender Status: Part-Time (20-29 hours per week) Department: Food & Beverage Reports to: Director of Food & Beverage/Food & Beverage Manager Key Responsibilities: * Mixes, prepares and serves a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. * Provides excellent service by engaging with members/guests and ensuring their needs are met. * Maintains a clean and organized bar area; and adheres to health and safety standards. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience as a front bar bartender/server. * Must have basic knowledge of all forms of alcohol, wine and beverages. * Must be a team player with a positive attitude. * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and lift a full beer keg for rotation. * Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
