<p>The Head Starter is responsible for overseeing the daily starting operation and helping deliver an organized, efficient, and first-class golf experience for members and guests. This position serves as a key operational link between the Golf Professional Staff and golfers while maintaining the standards and expectations of the golf operation. In addition to managing daily play from the first tee, the Head Starter oversees ForeTees teesheet management, pace of play and the on-course member experience. The Head Starter is expected to provide professional, consistent, and proactive service while maintaining positive energy, strong communication, attention to detail, and an appropriate sense of urgency.</p>
