This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is ready to take the next step in their career at a premier private club with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.About the RoleReporting directly to theDirector of Golf Courses and Grounds, the Golf Course Superintendent will be responsible for leading the day-to-day maintenance and management of our 27-hole golf facility. The Superintendent will work collaboratively with a team of Assistant Superintendents, the Grounds Superintendent, and Equipment Technicians to ensure exceptional course conditions and member satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong agronomic knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent team management skills.Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily golf course maintenance and operations across 27 holes and practice facilities Plan and execute cultural practices, moisture management, pest control, and course conditioning Manage and develop staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation Assisting with irrigation operation, troubleshooting, and repair Assisting in annual budgeting and capital project planning Coordinate with other departments and serve as a professional representative of the grounds team Communicate effectively with members and attend club and departmental meetings

Degree in Turf Management, Agronomy, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience as anAssistant Superintendent Proven success in managing cool- and warm-season turf in thetransition zone Current Pesticide Applicant's License (or ability to obtain within 90 days) Valid driver's license Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Salary:$75,000 - $80,000 per year 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Short-term disability and life insurance Flexible Spending and Health Savings Accounts Uniform/clothing allowance Professional association dues and continuing education support
