<p> </p> <p>Professional Shop Responsibilities </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Check in Members/Guests- Ringing up green’s fees/cart fees </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Book Tee Times </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Register members for events and tournaments </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Follow established opening and closing procedures. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Understand and follow golf policies as it relates to members and guests.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Interprets and enforces club policies, rules, and regulations. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and Microsoft office.  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Answer Phone Calls </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Answer all emails director to the Professional Shop or personal account in a timely manner. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Complete Member/Guest purchase transactions—POS System </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Communicate clearly, concisely and in a professional manner. </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Answer questions and provide information and assistance to members and guests.  </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Retail Responsibilities.  </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Gift Wrap upon request </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Write and call in or e-mail special orders for members </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Handle Special Orders</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Restock Pro Shop Floor   </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Un-packaging,  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Hanging </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Steaming </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Paper folding </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Declutter Shop and Moving fixtures to keep the shop looking fresh </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Clean and dust throughout shop as needed </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Change Visual Displays/Mannequins </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Organize and process Proshop and Member shipments (UPS/Fed Ex) </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Answer/ Make Vendor Phone Calls </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Answer E-mails from Members </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Research merchandise information </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Perform Inventory Counts </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Scan Inventory Locations: </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Hand count inventory  </li> </ul> <ul> <li>Perform Variance Reconciliation </li> </ul> <p> </p>
