Golf Course Maintenance Crew – 2026 Season

Lakewood Country Club is a historic 18-hole private facility established in 1908 and located just west of Denver, CO. The club is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance Team for the 2026 season (March–October). Opportunities for long-term employment may be available for high-performing individuals.

Position Overview
Crew members assist in the daily maintenance and conditioning of all golf course playing surfaces and landscaped areas. This position reports directly to the Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent.
Schedule
Summer Hours: 40+ hours per week
Monday–Friday: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Weekends: Every other weekend, 5:30 AM – approximately 8:30 AM
Part-time morning and weekend positions available
Compensation & Benefits
$19.00–$21.00/hour (DOE)

Essential Duties
Daily mowing and preparation of greens, tees, fairways, and rough
Bunker maintenance and detail work
Landscape bed and ornamental care
Irrigation and drainage projects
Sod installation, seeding, grading, and in-house construction
Safe operation of hand tools, small equipment, and utility vehicles
Qualifications
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong attention to detail
Positive attitude and team-oriented work ethic
Previous golf course or landscape experience preferred but not required
