Applecross Country Club is hiring a <strong>Part-Time Seasonal Golf Shop &amp; Outside Operations Attendant</strong> to support daily golf operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values customer service, and wants hands-on experience in multiple areas of a high-level golf operation.</p> <p>If you take pride in details, enjoy being outdoors, and want to be part of a team that helps create an outstanding experience for every member and guest, we’d love to hear from you.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Golf Shop &amp; Outside Operations Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Prepare, clean, and stage golf carts before and after play</li> <li>Greet members and guests upon arrival and assist with golf bags and club handling</li> <li>Maintain cleanliness and organization in the golf shop, cart staging area, and cart barn</li> <li>Set up, monitor, and maintain the practice range, including ball pickup and refilling</li> <li>Assist with opening golf operations each day in a timely and professional manner</li> <li>Help support pace of play and on-course needs as directed</li> <li>Provide a polished and welcoming first and last impression for all members and guests</li> <li>Assist the golf staff with daily operational needs as assigned</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications – What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is required</li> <li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods</li> <li>Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a team-oriented environment</li> <li>Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn</li> <li>Customer service or retail experience preferred</li> <li>Previous golf course, golf shop, or outside operations experience is a plus, but not required</li> <li>Strong communication skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions</li> <li>Golf knowledge is helpful, but a great attitude and coachability matter most</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join Applecross Country Club?</strong></p> <p>At Applecross Country Club, we are committed to delivering a first-class golf experience, and our team plays a major role in making that happen every day.
