Responsibilities
• Retail & Merchandising Excellence
• Maintain beautiful, sales-driven merchandising displays
• Assist members with purchasing decisions and product knowledge
• Label, price, and display newly arrived merchandise
• Keep the shop neat, clean, and visually elevated
• Organize and process special orders with accuracy
• Assist with quarterly inventory counts
• Point-of-Sale Operations
• Operate and maintain the POS system
• Process purchases and charge guest fees when applicable
• Prepare end-of-day register close-outs
• Log and post all transactions accurately and efficiently
• Member Experience
• Greet members and guests warmly and professionally
• Assist with tee times and lesson bookings
• Check in members and guests for appointments
• Deliver exceptional service to members, guests, and team partners
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment
• Team Support
• Assist with tournament preparation and special events
• Attend departmental meetings
• Support the Director of Golf and Head Golf Pro with projects and daily operations
Requirements
• 1+ year of related retail, golf, or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented mindset with solid reasoning skills
• Comfort working with POS systems and standard office equipment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Standing and moving throughout the day
• Occasional kneeling, bending, lifting, and carrying up to 45 lbs
• Ability to operate computers, printers, phones, and related equipment
