Fitting Specialist (Fresno/Bakersfield) | Titleist Golf Clubs

About the position Titleist is seeking a dynamic, personable, and highly motivated Fitting Specialist to join our elite fitting team, supporting the Fresno, Bakersfield, and San Luis Obispo territory. In this role, you will deliver exceptional club fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist fitting activations, helping golfers find the equipment that maximizes their performance. As a trusted Titleist brand ambassador, you will leverage industry-leading fitting technology and product expertise to provide personalized recommendations, coordinate event logistics, and build lasting relationships with golfers. This role supports approximately 100-150 events per season, primarily Tuesday through Saturday, and plays a key part in shaping the performance and loyalty of golfers across the region.
