Position Responsibilities:

Daily supervision of restaurant operationsManages daily paperworkOversees daily restaurant activities to include serving tables, bussing tables, seating guests, and general clerical/cashier dutiesSupervises bartender, server, host, and other employees in the restaurantDevelops relationships with the members and guests to personalize and anticipate service needsMust be on the floor during busy mealtimes and required to close the bar and restaurantEnsures that the restaurant and restaurant facilities are kept clean, well-stocked and organizedComplies with applicable health, alcoholic beverage, fire, and other local/state lawsClosing procedures and appropriate cash handling practicesIncorporates safe work practices in job performancePerform other duties as assigned by the Director of Food and Beverage and Restaurant ManagerQualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:

Must have 1+ years of related experience in Food and BeverageExperience in a Gaming environment preferredWe are looking for an outgoing and dynamic leader, who can motivate and mentor the team while improving overall guest satisfactionMust be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookKnowledge of pertinent health regulations and liquor lawsMust be highly organized, efficient, and detail-orientedMust have exceptional interpersonal skillsWorking Conditions:

Physical activity including long periods (8 hours) of standing, walking, and bendingThe employee will be required regularly to reach with arms and handsThe employee occasionally will be required to lift up to 30lbs.Must be able to work extended hours during golf and holiday seasonMust be able to work weekends and holidaysRegular and reliable attendance requiredBenefits & Other Compensation:
