Red Hawk Golf and Resort is now hiring for a Part Time Restaurant Supervisor to join the leadership team at David’s Grill. This position plays an important role in supporting daily restaurant operations while helping create an exceptional guest experience for our members, golfers, locals, and resort guests.

Position Responsibilities:
Assist with daily supervision of restaurant operationsSupport daily restaurant activities including serving tables, bussing, seating guests, and cashier duties as neededHelp lead and motivate bartenders, servers, hosts, and support staffConduct and assist with pre-shift meetings to review specials, menu updates, events, and service expectationsEnsure the restaurant remains clean, organized, fully stocked, and guest-ready at all timesHelp maintain high service standards and overall guest satisfactionAssist with inventory, cost controls, and closing proceduresFollow all applicable health, safety, alcohol beverage, and local/state regulationsPractice and promote safe work habitsPerform other duties as assigned by the Director of Food & Beverage and Restaurant ManagerQualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Food & Beverage experience requiredPrevious supervisory or leadership experience preferredGaming environment experience is a plusOutgoing, professional, and team-oriented personalityAbility to lead by example and provide positive direction to staffStrong communication and guest service skillsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookKnowledge of health regulations and liquor laws preferredHighly organized, efficient, and detail-orientedWorking Conditions:
Requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, and active floor supervisionRegular use of hands and arms for reaching and carrying itemsOccasionally required to lift up to 30 lbs.Must be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during peak golf and holiday seasonsRegular and reliable attendance is requiredAbout Troon
