This position offers far more than daily maintenance responsibilities. Although on the Norman course, you'll gain experience managing a diverse 45-hole operation while developing the leadership, agronomic, and business skills necessary to become a successful Golf Course Superintendent.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, communicates well, enjoys solving problems, and is committed to continuous improvement. A passion for the game of golf is a strong plus. While not required, understanding the golfer's perspective often creates a deeper appreciation for the details that separate good golf courses from exceptional ones.
