Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food handling regulations and sanitation standards Serve customers at the counter or dining area with enthusiasm, taking orders accurately and providing excellent service Operate cash register or POS system efficiently, processing transactions accurately and giving correct change Qualifications Previous experience in a food industry setting, including restaurant or fine dining experience, is required.
