Job Full Description Now Hiring: Greenskeeper - Agronomy Pay: $20/hour Schedule: M-F STARTS PART TIME BUT WANTS SOMEONE FULL TIME EVENTUALLY Location: Golf Course Maintenance Do you take pride in precise, high-quality work? Enjoy being outdoors and seeing the results of your effort every day? We're looking for dependable, detail-focused individuals to join our golf course maintenance team as a Greenskeeper. This is hands-on work for people who like staying active, working independently, and maintaining a professional landscape at a high standard. What You'll Do You'll help maintain the appearance and playability of the golf course through: Equipment Operation Walk-behind greens mowers Debris blowers String trimmers Sod cutters Walk-behind edgers Course Maintenance Mowing straight, consistent lines Weed and debris cleanup Fine grading with rakes and shovels Monitoring and reporting equipment issues daily Maintaining proper fuel and fluid levels Bunker (Sand Trap) Care Monitoring sand depth Manual and mechanical raking Edging and trimming bunker lines Removing weeds, debris, and standing water Landscaping & Irrigation Planting and maintaining sod, trees, shrubs, and flowers Hand-watering fairways, tees, rough, and landscaped areas What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance (must be available Monday, Wednesday, Friday) Ability to work independently Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Physical Requirements Walking for extended periods Kneeling and crouching Lifting/moving up to 50 lbs How to Apply Serious and reliable candidates only.
