About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Golf Professional to manage all golf operations at their prestigious facility in Boston . This pivotal role involves overseeing daily club activities, ensuring an exceptional member and guest experience, and driving revenue growth for the golf division. You will be the face of the golf department, fostering a welcoming atmosphere and upholding the club's high standards of service and play. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the golf shop, including inventory, merchandising, and sales. Develop and implement a comprehensive tournament and event schedule for members and guests. Provide high-quality golf instruction and coaching tailored to various skill levels. Oversee the practice facilities, driving range operations, and course maintenance coordination.

Supervise and train golf operations staff, including assistant professionals and starters. Manage billing, accounts receivable, and budget for the golf department. Requirements PGA or LPGA Class A certification required. Minimum of 5 years of experience in golf professional roles, with at least 2 years in a Head Professional or Director of Golf capacity. Proven experience in tournament operations , golf instruction, and retail management.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with golf management software (e.g., Jonas, Club Prophet Systems).
