Golf Pro Shop Attendant/Merchandiser - Full-time

The Club at 12 Oaks is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Golf Shop Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to our members & guests, assist in golf shop operations, and support merchandise sales. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for golf and a desire to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment. Experience Required:Qualifications, Experience, and Skill Requirements:Friendly and positive personality.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office.Ability to pick up Northstar POS system quickly.Dependability and a strong work ethic.Knowledge of the game of golf is preferred. Position Responsibilities:Process customer reservations for members & guests of the golf course.Provide customer service to arriving members & guests to expedite the check-in process.Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.Process green and cart fees, as well as other revenue, and process them in the POS system as trained.Issue receipts for member & guest purchases.Take messages for staff or guests.Assist in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.Assist in the reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges at the end of the day.Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
