Golf Course Maintenance Worker

Duties Operate and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules for fairways, greens, and landscaping areas Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and planting to keep the course visually appealing Use hand tools and power tools safely to repair bunkers, pathways, and other course features Conduct regular lawn care activities such as aerating, fertilizing, and overseeding to promote healthy turf growth Assist with gardening and horticulture tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of flower beds and landscaped areas Support overall land management by performing routine maintenance on equipment and ensuring safety protocols are followed Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects that improve course functionality and appearance Qualifications Prior experience or interest in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required Familiarity with irrigation systems, lawn care techniques, and landscaping practices is a plus Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and effectively Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to learn new skills related to golf course upkeep Join us in maintaining a beautiful golf course where every detail counts!
