Assistant Coach - Boys Golf - HS An athletic coach with Douglas County School District will be responsible for organizing and implementing a successful golf program that fosters student-athlete academics, fundamental skills, and sportsmanship. The successful candidate will collaborate with administrators, teachers, coaches, sponsors, students, parents, and the community to ensure the school stands out with pride. Responsibilities Develop a competitive golf program, lead training sessions, manage equipment, schedule practices and competitions, and contribute to student‐athlete development. Qualifications Previous coaching experience preferred. High School diploma or equivalent (required). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Position Details Position Type: Seasonal Primary Location: Mountain Vista High School One Year Only: No Scheduled Hours Per Week: 0 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE): 0.00 Approximate Scheduled Days Per Year: 0 Work Days Note: 260 days indicates a year‐round position. Time off (or offline days) are granted accordingly. Compensation Minimum Hire Rate: $0.01 USD (Stipend) Maximum Hire Rate: $5,000.00 USD (Stipend) Full Salary Range: $0.01 USD – $10,000.00 USD (Stipend) All salary amounts are based on a full‐time (1.0) FTE; part‐time salaries will be prorated.
