Club Manager

Bloom Golf Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of Stonebridge Country Club. This position will be responsible for leading the club’s golf, food and beverage, tennis, and overall facility operations. The Club Manager will work closely with Bloom Golf’s Regional Director of Operations and will be responsible for implementing Bloom Golf systems, standards, and operating procedures across all departments. Key Responsibilities Oversee all daily club operations, including golf, food and beverage, tennis, and facility management Lead, support, and hold department heads accountable for operational and financial performance Implement Bloom Golf Management systems, standards, policies, and best practices Develop and manage departmental budgets, operating plans, and staff schedules Review financial reports and identify opportunities to increase revenue, control expenses, and improve profitability Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and manage employees Maintain high standards for member and guest service Ensure the club facilities, grounds, equipment, and operational areas are properly maintained Coordinate tournaments, events, member programs, and community activities Work with the Regional Director of Operations on strategic initiatives, capital projects, and performance goals Promote strong communication and cooperation among all departments Qualifications At least three years of hospitality, club, golf, or facility management experience Proven experience managing employees, budgets, scheduling, and daily operations Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to understand financial reports and make informed operating decisions Experience in golf, food and beverage, tennis, or private club operations is strongly preferred PGA Professional designation is preferred but not required Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events About the Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams, improving operations, and creating an outstanding experience for members and guests.
