Bridlewood Golf Course is seeking a friendly Expo/Server/Food Runner to join our family who can deliver excellent customer service while giving our guests a great experience.
Position Summary
Responsible for assisting with delivery of all items from the kitchen to dining room following proper steps of service. Work alongside staff and servers to provide a great dining experience to restaurant guests, while maintaining a professional attitude and work environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Must maintain a professional and welcoming attitude while at work.Maintain an equally balanced presence between kitchen and floor whenever possible.Ensure all pre-shift tasks are completed as assigned by management and chef teams.Ensure all necessary prep items relevant to the position, according to Restaurants guidelines.Assist with delivery and serving of all food items to appropriate guests utilizing pivot point system.Assist chef team with continual upkeep of kitchen including restocking of appropriate silverware and plateware, cleaning of all surfaces and floors throughout kitchen.Assist chef team with closing of kitchen, including the return of all appropriate food items to their locations in coolers.Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and general service areas.Complete opening, running and closing side work related to job duties.Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Previous restaurant experience in similar positions preferred but not required.LANGUAGE/MATH/REASONING ABILITY
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and employees.Must complete menu training with 90% or higher on all tests.CERTIFICATE/LICENSES
Servsafe or similar Food Handler’s Certificate may be required depending upon store location.Competencies
