Overview Join our dynamic team at Windsong Farm Golf Club, private 36-hole golf club, as a Golf Course Groundskeeper and play a vital role in maintaining the pristine beauty and playability of our golf course. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work outdoors, utilizing your skills in landscape maintenance, irrigation, and groundskeeping to create an exceptional environment for players and visitors alike. Your dedication will ensure the course remains healthy, attractive, and safe, contributing directly to an outstanding golfing experience. Duties Maintain and enhance the golf course landscape, including fairways, greens, tees, roughs, and surrounding areas using hand tools and power equipment.Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling tasks such as moving soil, turf, or equipment to support landscaping projects.Operate grounds maintenance equipment including lawn mowers, trimmers, and other power tools safely and efficiently.Support landscaping projects by planting new turf or plants, mulching beds, or installing new features as directed.Ensure safety standards are upheld during all operations by adhering to power tool safety practices and proper handling procedures.Prior experience in golf course groundskeeping or athletic field groundskeeping is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued.Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery such as chainsaws, lawnmowers, trimmers, and company vehicles safely and responsibly.Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling tasks, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.Familiarity with equipment maintenance routines to ensure longevity and proper functioning of landscaping tools and machinery.Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety standards in all groundskeeping activities.Embark on a rewarding career maintaining one of the most beautiful landscapes while developing your skills in groundskeeping and horticulture.Golf privileges on select Mondays.Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discountFlexible scheduleWork Location: In person
