The Country Club of New Canaan - Head Golf Professional (GBN Executive Search)

The Head Golf Professional at The Country Club of New Canaan will serve as the face of golf for a diverse membership, leading a welcoming, service-oriented operation built on strong relationships, consistent standards, and exceptional member experiences.

At an exciting time for the Club, the incoming professional will have the opportunity to elevate golf to the level of service established across other departments by strengthening the caddie program in partnership with CaddieMaster, refining tournaments and programming, and developing clear systems for a talented team.

The ideal candidate will bring proven leadership experience at a respected private club, strong teaching and playing abilities, and a collaborative, engaging presence. CCNC seeks a long-term leader who will invest in the membership and local community, mentor assistants into future head professionals, and represent the Club within the Met-area golf community, with strong support from members and Club leadership to drive the operation forward.
