Snack Bar Server

Position Summary Effectively, efficiently and professionally provide Members and guests with Food & Beverage service at the snack bar counter and prepares employee meals, with careful attention to details and established rules of service. General Duties And Responsibilities • Prepare short order menu items such as sandwiches, snacks, soups, and beverages. • Prepare daily employee meals according to a pre-determined meal menu/schedule and under the direction of the kitchen management. • Serve Members and guests with requested meals within a timely manner. • Control/total all snack bar food & beverage tickets. • Maintain health and sanitation of snack bar according to established food-safe handling rules. • Daily setup and breakdown of snack bar. • Daily setup and breakdown of outside beverage station. • Restocking of snack bar. • Assist with inventory control, monthly stock counts and waste management. • Setup, service and break down all special events, tournaments, and private dinners as instructed, this includes, but not limited to, the movement of Clubhouse and patio furniture. • Responsible for cleaning, maintaining and operating of the ice cream machine. • As directed by supervisor, assist restaurant, kitchen, and locker room staff as required. • Removal of trash from snack bar receptacles. Requirements • At least 1 year of Food & Beverage experience. • Must have ability to prepare menu items within a timely manner. • Strong problem-solving skills and attitude. • Requires proficiency in the use of service equipment, phones, coffee machines, bar equipment, dishwasher and all snack bar equipment.
