Food Runner and Houseman

Position: Food Runner and Houseman Essential Functions: Aid in properly serving members and guests through efficient and professional table interactions and Back Of House operations. Aid in weekly event set up as needed. This position starts as part-time, but would have potential to be Full-Time for the right candidate. Looking for day time availability Tuesday to Friday. Shift will be 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm with some flexibility. Job Duties or Tasks : Follows set-up procedures including, but not limited to: buffets, service materials, back server line and any other tasks assigned by management During service, know what table food belongs to properly serve it according to seat number and serving order Greets any members and guests with a warm welcome Reports any complaints to the Dining Room or Banquet Manager as soon as they occur Assist with maintenance of inventory through organized storage procedures Cleans all service areas at end of shift including sweeping as needed, moping, desk brushing, wiping tables, server station, etc. Maintain an presence in the kitchen and dining room Assist in bussing the dining room when able Cleans all service areas at end of shift including wiping, sweeping, mopping, deck brushing. Bus, Clean, and reset tables in a efficient and professional manner in all service areas. Any other duties as assigned by manager Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
