Interns will work closely with the Golf Course Maintenance and Agronomy team and gain exposure to a wide range of golf course maintenance practices. This role is well-suited for students or individuals pursuing education or careers in turf management, agronomy, horticulture, or related fields. Responsibilities • Perform general landscape and turf maintenance using hand tools and powered equipment • Rake, maintain, and detail sand bunkers • Assist with mowing, trimming, edging, and course detailing • Prepare soil beds for sod, seed, and vegetative materials • Perform weed control and debris removal • Assist with daily golf course setup and presentation • Operate utility vehicles and small machinery for hauling materials and debris • Perform skilled agronomic tasks based on training and experience (e.g., pruning, plugging, aeration support) • Follow all safety protocols and operate equipment safely • Maintain awareness of coworkers and surrounding work areas • Perform other duties as assigned to support golf course operations Requirements • Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or related experience or training preferred (approximately one month or equivalent) • Valid driver’s license • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying equipment Nice-to-haves • Regular and reliable attendance • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team • Professional demeanor in a hospitality-focused environment Benefits • Eligible employees may have access to applicable seasonal benefits and employee discounts in accordance with company policies • Limited on-site housing options or housing discounts may be available, subject to availability and separate agreement
