<p>The Director of Golf is responsible for the leadership and oversight of golf and designated clubhouse operations at The Clubs at Arrowhead. This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional member experience across both the King and Legend properties while creating a consistent culture of service, professionalism, and engagement.</p>
<p>The Director of Golf directly supervises the Head Golf Professional at each property and provides strategic leadership for golf operations, tournaments and programming, merchandising, staffing, member engagement, and designated clubhouse and Food & Beverage operations. A key responsibility of this position is effectively utilizing both golf courses and their facilities to maximize member access, programming opportunities, operational efficiency, and the overall member experience.</p>
<p>The Director of Golf is expected to be a highly visible leader who builds strong relationships with members, develops department leaders, and works collaboratively with Club leadership, the Golf Course Superintendents, and Food & Beverage leadership.</p>
