In this position, the Pool Food & Beverage Manager will play a critical role in supervising inventory levels, administering menu design and pricing, and maintaining strict control over ordering and stock procedures. They will also be responsible for managing a team through hiring, training, scheduling, payroll processing, and performance management, fostering a culture of mentorship and professional development. This role involves regular interaction with club members and guests to anticipate their needs and personalize their experience, thereby enhancing overall satisfaction.
Moreover, the manager will maintain service standards for the restaurant and bar, conduct facility and equipment inspections, and ensure that sanitation guidelines and safety practices are consistently upheld.
