Operating General Manager- The Brackish Bar & Lounge

<p>The Operating General Manager (OGM) is the on-site leader fully accountable for the performance, culture, financial health, and day-to-day operation of The Brackish Bar & Lounge. This is a hands-on operating role for a self-directed restaurant leader who can stabilize and grow the business, build a dependable team, strengthen resident and guest engagement, and run the operation with clear accountability under the strategic oversight of Troon and property leadership.</p><p>Primary outcomes include delivering a welcoming, safe, clean, and resident-focused dining experience, building a stable team, improving sales and financial performance, and creating repeatable operating systems that can support future locations.</p>
