Rodeo Dunes is a public golf resort developed by Michael Keiser, owner of Sand Valley Resort. Set on over 4,000 acres of towering sand dunes reminiscent of the southwest coast of Ireland, Rodeo Dunes is set to become a world-class golf destination. Construction began in the summer of 2024. With a rollicking, sandy dunescape, welcoming Western hospitality, and inspiring long views of the Rocky Mountains, Rodeo Dunes will introduce guests to a historic - but new to many - region of Colorado.

Rodeo Dunes is located less than an hour from Denver and Denver International Airport, and just a short drive from the Fort Collins and Colorado Springs areas.

The Founder Concierge supports the delivery of a highly personalized Founder experience at Rodeo Dunes, serving as a consistent on-site (when in season) resource for Founders throughout their visits and ongoing relationship with the property. This position assists with Founder reservations, trip planning, on-site hospitality, account and portal support, events, and ongoing follow-up. Working closely with the Founder Services and Reservations team, the Founder Concierge helps execute the day-to-day needs of the Founder program while building meaningful relationships with Founders and ensuring their needs are coordinated across the property.

Serve as a primary day-to-day resource for Founder needs and requests Maintain a consistent on-site presence to welcome, engage with, and assist Founders Conduct pre-arrival, on-site, and post-visit follow-up as appropriate Founder Reservations & Trip Planning Assist with future visit planning and help Founders book upcoming reservations while on property Assist with travel planning and coordination for other Sandborn destinations as appropriate Founder Accounts & Portal Help Founders understand and utilize Founder benefits, policies, events, and available resources Assist with Founder account and billing questions and help coordinate resolution of discrepancies Support leaders with planning and executing Founder-only events and experiences Assist with registration, guest lists, reservations, communications, gifts, and event logistics Provide on-site hospitality during Founder events Support additional Founder programming and engagement initiatives throughout the year Assist leaders with other Founder initiatives and administrative needs Operate golf carts and other light equipment safely Primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, wind, and inclement weather Exposure to typical golf course environments, including equipment movement and errant golf balls Machine/Equipment/Tools Used: Point-of-sale (POS) systems and tee sheet software Golf carts and staging equipment Merchandising fixtures and inventory systems Bag handling equipment and storage systems $27 - $27 an hour, paid bi-weekly Perks: Comprehensive Benefits Paid Time Off Complimentary Golf Retail & Restaurant Discounts Uniform Allowance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
