Location: Boca Woods Country Club Department: Food & Beverage Duration: 12 Months Opportunity: Potential for full-time placement upon successful completion Overview The Manager in Development (MID) Program is a structured 12-month internship designed to prepare high-potential individuals for leadership roles within our Food & Beverage team. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and progressive responsibility, participants will develop the operational, leadership, and financial skills needed to succeed in a management role within a private club environment.
