Overview
The Manager in Development (MID) Program is a structured 12-month internship designed to prepare high-potential individuals for leadership roles within our Food & Beverage team. Through hands-on experience, mentorship, and progressive responsibility, participants will develop the operational, leadership, and financial skills needed to succeed in a management role within a private club environment.

Shadow managers and supervisorsLead pre-shift meetings with guidanceAssist with daily floor supervisionMonths 4–6: Operational Proficiency
Focus: Shift ownership and operational execution
Manage day-to-day service operationsGain exposure to kitchen operations and menu executionLearn inventory, cost control, and sanitation standardsSupport event execution and staffingResponsibilities:
Serve as Manager on Duty for assigned shiftsAssist with inventory counts and orderingSupport team communication and service executionMonths 7–9: Leadership & Financial Acumen
Focus: Leading people and understanding the business
Develop leadership style aligned with Club cultureLearn labor management, scheduling, and productivity metricsGain exposure to budgeting and financial reportingManage member relations and service recoveryResponsibilities:
Assist with scheduling and labor planningLead team trainings and pre-shift briefingsHandle member feedback and service recoveryMonths 10–12: Strategic Thinking & Readiness
Focus: Preparing for a long-term management role
