This role focuses on table maintenance, food and beverage support, and anticipating member needs while upholding the Club’s high standards of service, professionalism, and hospitality. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist Servers with food and beverage delivery in a timely and professional mannerSet, clear, and reset tables according to Club standardsRefill water, coffee, bread, and condiments as neededMaintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house areasCommunicate effectively with Servers, Hosts, Bartenders, and Kitchen staffAnticipate member needs and respond promptly to requestsFollow all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service guidelinesAssist with opening and closing side work as assignedSupport special events, banquets, and private functions as neededMember Service Expectations Greet members and guests with a warm, professional demeanorDemonstrate knowledge of Club standards and dining etiquetteMaintain discretion and confidentiality at all timesConsistently provide courteous, attentive, and personalized serviceQualifications: Previous hospitality or food & beverage experience preferred, but not requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and teamwork skillsProfessional appearance and positive attitudeWillingness to learn and take directionAbility to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbsAdditional Information: Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh expectations for service excellence and professionalism This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts or working conditions associated with the job.
