IV. Job Summary
Prepare food to the chef’s specifications and set up work stations for service. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. Hours vary on business levels

V. Responsibilities & Duties
Turn on kitchen equipment for daily operationsPrep breakfast/lunch menu items for each dayMake daily soups and specials for lunchPrepare short order menu items per Chef’s specifications in presentable and timely mannerPerforming basic cleaning tasks as neededHelp prep any other items needed for serviceDaily cleanup of station and equipment at the end of every shiftMonitoring basic levels of inventoryMonitoring equipment issuesPerforming basic cleaning tasks as neededCompletion of daily and weekly checklistsAdhere to safety regulations as provided by Erin Hills and OSHAFollow guidelines and policies set forth by Erin Hills Employee Handbook
