About the Role
Description:Grey Oaks Country Club is seeking a dynamic, high-energy Seasonal Full-Time Racquet Sports Professional (Tennis & Pickleball) for the upcoming winter season.
This dual-role professional is responsible for delivering exceptional instructional, competitive, and social experiences across both tennis and pickleball programs. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high level of playing ability, strong coaching expertise for all ages and skill levels, and a genuine commitment to hospitality and member service.
This position reports directly to the Director of Racquets.

Requirements:Instruction & Programming
Deliver private and semi-private tennis and pickleball lessons for members of all skill levelsOrganize and lead group clinics, cardio programs, and skill-based instruction from beginner to advanced levelsParticipate in exhibitions, pro-am events, and member social activitiesSupport junior programming, including academies, camps, and after-school initiativesOperations & Member Experience
Utilize club management systems to schedule lessons, track participation, and manage billingMaintain a visible and engaged presence within the racquet’s facilitiesContribute to a welcoming, high-energy environment that enhances the overall member experienceObserves safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly and ensures that we provide a safe workplace for our team.All other duties as assigned by management.Ability to lift 50 lbs.Schedule Requirements
Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, based on seasonal demandEducation & Experience:
USPTA certification required; pickleball certification preferredHigh-level collegiate or professional playing background preferred (4.5+ NTRP tennis / 4.5+ UTPR pickleball)Minimum of 2–3 years of teaching experience, ideally in a private or luxury club settingStrong communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a service-driven mindsetCompensation & Benefits:
