Ballantyne Country Club is seeking a motivated and dependable Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards. This position plays an important role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to club members and guests.
Responsibilities-
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and chef specifications
Set up and stock assigned kitchen stations with necessary supplies
Ensure food is prepared and presented consistently and in a timely manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and equipment
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines
Assist with food prep, inventory, and storage of deliveries
Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Maintain proper portion control and minimize food waste
Assist with banquet and special event preparation as needed
Perform additional kitchen duties assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chef
Full Time, Part Time, and Seasonal positions available.
