Responsibilities

Assist in food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Support banquet services by preparing dishes for events as needed. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries related to food offerings. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as necessary. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities. Qualifications Previous kitchen experience or culinary training preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Customer service experience is a plus.
