Golf Bag Room and Cart Attendant-AM Shift

Job Summary Join our team at Oakbourne Country Club as a Golf Bag Room and Cart Attendant, where your enthusiasm and attention to detail will enhance the experience of every member. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the organization and safety of golf bags, assisting with cart operations, and delivering exceptional member service. This position offers an opportunity to work in a vibrant country club setting while honing your customer service and management abilities. Looking for AM shift availability starting from 5/6am-1pm for Monday-Fridays. Will not be limited to these shifts.

Responsibilities

Organize and maintain the golf bag storage area, ensuring bags are properly stored, labeled, and easily accessible for members.Attend to our members and guests, provide golf cart fleet care and driving range preparation.Assist guests with loading and unloading golf bags onto carts, providing friendly and efficient service.Prepare and clean golf carts before and after use, ensuring they are in excellent condition for member enjoyment.Manage the check-in and check-out process for golf carts.Support event management activities such as tournaments or special outings by coordinating cart arrangements and assisting with guest needs.Maintain safety protocols at all times, including proper handling of equipment and adherence to club policies.Requirements

Must have strong customer/guest orientation.The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 30lbs occasionally.Work weekends and some holidays.Pass a pre-employment background and drug screen test.A positive attitude, energetic approach, and commitment to providing outstanding member experiences are essential for success in this role.
