Outdoor Food & Beverage Attendants

Position: Outdoor F&B Attendant – Golf Shacks / Scoreboard Bar Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager and Supervisor FLSA Status: Hourly Essential Functions: Greet guests at the outdoor Snack Shacks - Scoreboard Bar. Serve food and beverages and food in a timely manner. Ensuring orders are rung up on the correct member account after obtaining their last name and member number. The employee must be friendly, attentive, efficient, and timely. Primary Responsibilities: While with Guests: Greet guests by name and inform them of special menu selections. Acquire accurate beverage and food orders and see to the delivery in a timely manner. Behind the Scenes Maintain efficient clean areas for every guest and attend to all other requested guest needs. Assist all other service team members in any capacity as needed or directed. Sanitizing and restocking all workstations prior to and after each shift. Complete all necessary opening & closing duties in a timely manner. Produce and turn in accurate and complete financial documentation and deposits (server financial report). Keys to Success This is a position with a heavy emphasis on communication. Getting to know the members and being able to call them by name is a huge plus. Maintaining a positive, professional, and upbeat demeanor helps set a pleasant tone for guests. · Required Necessities Pens, server book, paper, wine opener, and name badge. Upon hiring, you are required to provide a current Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card.
