Outside Golf Services Staff

## Outside Services Attendant

Our Outside Services Attendants play a hands-on role in delivering an exceptional golf experience. You'll be responsible for handling golf bags, staging carts, and ensuring members and guests have everything they need before, during, and after their round, lesson, or practice session.

Your day-to-day includes keeping the cart fleet clean and presentable, assisting the range attendant by keeping the practice area stocked with balls, and retrieving balls as needed. You'll help the starter when things get busy, and depending on your qualifications, you may also support the golf shop with the professional staff and merchandise coordinator. Coordination with bellmen and front desk for guest logistics—especially those staying in the lodge—is part of the role too.

Enforcing the club's rules and regulations is a key responsibility, along with cleaning members' clubs after play, accompanying guests to their cars to load clubs, and after play, cleaning carts and replenishing sand containers. Management may assign additional duties from time to time.

- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, or experience

- Prior experience in hospitality or golf operations is a plus

### Tools and equipment you'll use
