About the Role
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the daily upkeep and care of the association’s renowned golf course and the surrounding grounds. This role ensures the course remains safe, visually appealing, and in pristine condition for members, guests, and visitors to create the best overall golfing experience possible.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance of greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and rough areas
• Mow grass using various equipment (greens mowers, fairway mowers, rough mowers)
• Rake and maintain sand bunkers
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (trimmers, blowers, aerators, etc.)
• Assist with irrigation system operation, including watering, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Repair divots, ball marks, and other course damage
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds, including debris and trash removal
• Assist with seasonal projects such as aeration, overseeding, and course renovations
• Follow all association policies, safety procedures, and environmental regulations
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, or groundskeeping is a plus
• Ability to operate landscaping and maintenance equipment safely
• Knowledge of turf management practices is preferred
• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physical stamina to lift, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Working Conditions:
• Outdoor work in heat, cold, rain, and humidity
• Exposure to noise, chemicals, and machinery
• Early morning start times typical
Compensation:
• $15.00 - $17.00/hour
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
