We strive to foster a safe, positive, and unified work environment, where everyone is excited about coming to work every single day.Essential Skills:Strong sense of extraordinary customer service standardsProfessional presenceConfidence in handling issues and complaintsRequires excellent communicationStrong attention to detailTeam playerReliable and punctualBasic computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, In-Design, and OutlookQualifications:Education: High School Diploma or equivalentExperience: 1 – 3 years in an office/administrative or customer service-related jobHospitality Agent/ Member Services Essential Duties:Responsible for answering all phone lines, transferring calls to respective department and tracking messages.Produce daily email blast to all employeesHelp with mail as neededMaintain and organize all member information at the concierge desk. i.e. hiking brochures, camp brochures, fitness/spa information and club cabin brochures.Book any outside interests for members including reservations, events, transportation, etc.Communicate with Sales, Golf Shop, Food & Beverage, Fitness, etc. to help with member inquiriesAssist Hospitality with preparation for cottage and club cabin arrivals. (check in/check out guests, property tours, reservations, etc)Assist with retail sales in the Outfitters shop, including restocking, working register and checking out equipment.Monitor Members Lounge for service needs and restockingAssist members with bike, kayak, paddle board rentals. Coordinate hikes and visits to local outdoor attractions.Work on special projects as assigned by the Hospitality Manager, Membership Director or General Manager.Concierge Services Coordinator Job Description:Work all club events – Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Golf Tournaments, etc. Organize the RSVP and check-in list, greet guests and participate in any other special requests.Organize concierge desk and storage closets to optimize the best function of the workspace. Assist management in checking the reception area, ensure music is on, and appropriate signage is displayed.Update member contact information as needed on member directory.*Please note we are located 20 miles outside of Prescott.
