Position Overview:
The Food & Beverage Attendant assists with service in the Clubhouse café near the halfway point of the golf course. The focus of this position is to attend to the food & beverage orders and requests received from the Members and their guests in a positive and friendly manner. This position is a Seasonal position through October.
Position Responsibilities:
Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
Provide prompt, accurate, and quality service.
Complete assigned duties, side work, and other responsibilities within the scope of the role.
Build positive relationships with Members and guests, consistently prioritizing their experience.
Operate with a sense of urgency and strive to produce the best possible service.
Set up and tear down tables and café area daily and during events.
Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu.
Learn and follow all steps of service to meet club standards.
Be ready and willing to adapt to changes in service and plan at any time.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in serving or food service is preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Availability to work at least 2 days per week.
Ability to stand on foot for 6-10 hours at a time.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
