Golf Caddie, Full-Time and Part-Time, TPC Potomac at Avenal Farm (MD)
We're hiring full-time and part-time Golf Caddies for TPC Potomac at Avenal Farm in Potomac, Maryland – one of the top private courses in the state and located less than 20 miles from the nation’s capital!
Whether you’re an avid golfer or ready for a career change, this recently renovated course is the perfect opportunity to work outside on 220 acres of rolling wooded countryside and network with golfers from around the world. As a Golf Caddie, you will support us in delivering exceptional and memorable experiences, fostering camaraderie, and ensuring seamless course management.
Ideal candidates are self-motivated, customer-service centric, and knowledgeable on the basics of golf. Compensation is approximately between $500 - $1100+ per week and ideally, you will have a flexible schedule with the ability to work full days, including weekends, as needed.
Cheerfully engage with Golfers and club visitors, delivering first-class customer service.
Accompany Golfers throughout the length of the course, carrying golf bags up to 35 pounds each.
Maintain the course and clean clubs and golf balls as the Golf Caddie.
Have general golf knowledge, meaning you could play or prompt another Golfer. Professional golf experience/expertise is not required.
Be physically capable of carrying two bags that can weigh up to 35 pounds each while walking the length of the golf course multiple times a day.
Be outgoing and have a customer-first personality.
Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, Other Outdoor or Recreational Roles.
In addition to its championship golf course and state-of-the-art practice facility, TPC Potomac has a spacious clubhouse featuring: casual and fine dining areas, a full service golf shop, updated locker rooms, and a variety of boardrooms and banquet spaces suitable for social and business gatherings.
