About the Position

Sterling National Country Club is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Houseman to join our team. The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and functional club environment for our members, guests, and staff.

This position is responsible for general upkeep, light maintenance, and assisting with the day-to-day needs of the club. The schedule will be part-time during the off-season and full-time during peak season.

Part time will be 30 hours a week.

Pay based off of experience

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of club facilities and common areas.Perform light maintenance and minor repairs as needed.Assist with setting up and breaking down rooms and spaces for club events and functions.Keep storage areas, service areas, and equipment organized.Monitor the condition of club facilities and report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management.Assist with moving furniture, supplies, and equipment when necessary.Help ensure the clubhouse remains clean, safe, and fully functional.Respond to general facility needs and assist other departments as directed.Follow established safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance.Take pride in providing a welcoming environment for members and guests.Qualifications

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.Basic maintenance and repair skills preferred.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to lift and move furniture, supplies, and equipment as needed.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.Willingness to assist with a variety of duties and work as part of a team.Flexible availability based on seasonal business needs.Seasonal Schedule

Off-Season: Part-time hours.Peak Season: Full-time hours.Must be flexible to accommodate club operations, events, and changing seasonal demands.What We Are Looking For
